Where can I take my dog to the beach in Hampton, Portsmouth, Rye, New Castle, Salisbury or Newburyport.
HAMPTON, NH
Dogs are allowed during the off months on Hampton beaches from Labor Day to Memorial Day any time, and from Memorial Day to Labor Day only after 6 p.m. and before 8 a.m. and must be leashed.
NORTH HAMPTON, NH
No dogs are allowed to run at large on any bathing beach between the hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from June 15th to Sept 15th.
SALISBURY, MA
Dogs are allowed all year on leash on the riverside of the Salisbury Beach State reservation but not on the oceanside.
SEABROOK, NH
Dogs are allowed on leash only in the off- season from Sept 15 to June 1.
NEWBURYPORT, MA
Plum Island dogs are allowed from October 15th to May 15th. Dogs are never allowed on Plum Island refuge.
NEW CASTLE, NH
Great Island Common. No pets allowed in the Common or on the beach from May15th to September 15th.
RYE, NH
Dogs are not allowed on Town beaches between 9am to 7pm beginning the Sat before Memorial and ending the Sat after Labor day. The rest of the year you can go any day or time.
STATE BEACHES, NH
No dogs are allowed on New Hampshire State Beaches
